We believe our maintenance plan is worthwhile in large part due to how valuable our maintenance contracts are. We offer detailed and high-quality services when it comes to scheduled maintenance.
These services and activities include:

  • A full inspection of the air filters, evaporator coils, and condenser coils

  • Cleaning of the evaporator and condenser coils

  • Cleaning, clearing, and detailing of the outdoor unit

  • Flushing and treating the drain pan and condensate drain

  • Evaluating low voltage and high voltage electrical connections

  • Motor-to-blade balancing and alignment

  • A load test of all starting components

  • Evaluating and addressing refrigerant levels

  • Calibration of thermostats

  • Checking the condition of the ductwork

  • Inspecting for any leakage issues

  • Static pressure testing

What Is the MasterMaintenance Club?

The MasterMaintenance Club is a powerful maintenance plan offered by Trademasters Heating & Cooling. With it, you pay an annual fee of $369 (plus $294 for each additional system) to access regular maintenance from Trademasters Heating & Cooling. With this plan in place, you will be good to go when it comes to routine upkeep of your HVAC system. Alongside regular maintenance, membership in the MasterMaintenance Club gets you access to a wide range of discounts and credits. These include:

Do You Need Preventative Maintenance?

Every HVAC system should receive preventative maintenance either once or twice a year

You should have a system maintained before you use it extensively. So, heater or furnace maintenance should happen in the fall, before the furnace switches on for the winter, and air conditioning maintenance should happen in the spring before it starts running over the summer.

Fantastic Service. Joey's inspection was extremely thorough. He went through our entire system, and was able to identify everything that didn't work properly. He very clearly explained pro's and cons of the different options which helped us make a prioritized decision of what we needed done, what should be done and what we could do later.We had battled with our HVAC system every season, A/C issues in the summer and heat issues every cold snap. Other agencies would always just do the "quick" fix but not the proper job. We were tired of constantly calling people out to "fix" the problem.I was very impressed with the quality of service and knowledge base, and the fact that Joey took the time explain how the system worked, which really provided a level of confidence I never had with other HVAC agencies.Additionally, the service was extremely courteous and professional. Joey took great care not track any dirt in our home and cleaned up the job site in the attic. He was on time and showed up during the period he said he would; which was huge. Initially he responded to an HVAC emergency - We had no heat in our house and it was in the 20's at night. The guys showed up early, and ready to work changing out the old HVAC unit with a Lennox system . They were very respectful of our home by wearing boot covers and then laying out drop cloths from the front door to the work area and then cleaned up after they completed the job. They were meticulous in their work, as well as explaining as they worked what they were doing. I would highly recommend Trade Masters Heating and Cooling, they are highly skilled and knowledgeable about HVAC and the equipment.

I can always trust Trademasters HVAC to do a thorough job!!! That is big when it comes to installation because investing in a new system you have to trust the pros to do it right. Dave was very professional and the first thing he did was lay covering on the floors and Dave, as well as Cody were great!!! Dave was also very helpful in setting up the thermostat and showing me all he done to ensure the system worked properly. EDIT; Today David came to replace our A/C. Still showed the utmost respect while in our home as he did previously. Very careful to cover my carpet and flooring where they would be walking upstairs and kept us updated as he went along completing his work. This company is great! For starters they were able to schedule an appointment with me right away as oppose to being put on a waiting list not knowing when I’ll get a call back. They are very organized and the system they have in place is very efficient. Mr. David Higgins (our technician) upon arrival was able to quickly assess the situation with our unit and fix it promptly. Was able to send me an invoice right away and was able to pay over the phone with a credit card. They make it extremely easy to work with.
