This company is great! For starters they were able to schedule an appointment with me right away as oppose to being put on a waiting list not knowing when I’ll get a call back. They are very organized and the system they have in place is very efficient. Mr. David Higgins (our technician) upon arrival was able to quickly assess the situation with our unit and fix it promptly. Was able to send me an invoice right away and was able to pay over the phone with a credit card. They make it extremely easy to work with.
